Exhibitor Advisory Council (EAC)

Committee Scope: The EAC, which was established in 2009, provides advice to TRB on the TRB Annual Meeting Exhibit. By representing the interests of the TRB Annual Meeting Exhibitors the EAC is designed to help provide an exceptional experience for exhibitors at the Annual Meeting. In addition to facilitating communication between exhibitors and TRB, the EAC also reviews exhibit-related policies. EAC members are appointed by TRB, generally for two or three year terms and they may be re-appointed for a second term. The organization that an EAC member represents must exhibit annually and EAC members must have exhibit responsibilities for the organization they represent.
